Are you a marketing whiz with a love of pets and a passion for building brands that truly connect with people? We’re a group of independently owned veterinary hospitals across Atlantic Canada looking for aMarketing Specialistto help us strengthen our brand, attract new clients, and grow deeper roots in the communities we serve.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the go-to person for all things marketing across our hospital network—bringing both big-picture strategy and tactical execution to the table.

  • Build a Powerful Brand: Unify and elevate our brand identity across all hospitals, channels, and touchpoints. Think consistent, recognizable, and authentically us.
  • Attract More Clients:Plan and launch marketing campaigns that boost visibility and bring more paws through our doors.
  • Manage Our Digital Footprint:Take the lead on our websites, social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid ads—keeping everything polished, current, and client-friendly.
  • Fuel Community Engagement: Promote hospital-sponsored events, community partnerships, and sponsorships that make us stand out and stay connected locally.
  • Create Engaging Content: Craft educational, emotional, and share-worthy content that resonates with pet parents.
  • Measure What Matters:Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or email platform metrics to track what’s working (and pivot when needed).

What You Bring to the Table

You’re equal parts creative and analytical, with the self-motivation to lead projects and the humility to collaborate with a passionate team.

  • 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience (bonus if it’s in healthcare or veterinary)
  • Asolid grasp of digital marketing platforms and tools(including but not limited to SEO, email marketing, social media, and online advertising)
  • A track record of developing campaigns that get results—whether that’s client growth, engagement, or event attendance
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
  • Ability to work both independently and across teams, balancing multiple priorities without losing sight of the goal
  • A deep appreciation for pets, people, and purpose-driven work
