THEROLE IN A NUTSHELL

The Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in the team's growth. In this role, you'll manage and prioritize project initiatives, assist with the planning and execution of key marketing initiatives and support processes through strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with ease. A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and the ability to take initiative are essential for driving the team’s success and ensuring the smooth execution of projects

Project Management and Operational Support

  • Assist with project coordination and management ensuring tasks are completed on time, on budget, and within scope.
  • Track project progress, maintain timelines, and update Asana with task details.
  • Act as a liaison for internal approvals related to Marketing and wider team initiatives.
  • Prepare project plans, workbacks and status reports for ongoing projects, ensuring all team members and stakeholders are informed.
  • Develop project briefs, coordinate internal resources, and follow up on deadlines.
  • Organize and maintain shared files, ensuring easy access to up-to-date assets and documentation.
  • Assist in tracking and reconciling budgets for the department, ensuring that invoices are processed accurately and on time.
  • Support the marketing and product team in compiling performance reporting.
  • Research, stay on top of market and competitive trends. \

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience : 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing and / or agency

Education : Bachelor’s degree in a related field or qualifications based on experience.

  • Asana Work Management Tool would be an asset, but not required
