Job Description:
This position is responsible for providing customer support through WeChat and managing content planning and distribution across multiple social media and advertising platforms. The role includes operating official accounts (e.g., Rednote, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), handling advertising channels such as Meta, Apple Ads, FansiTong, Rednote Ads, and newsletters, and closely collaborating with the Deal and Original Content teams to build a cohesive, cross-platform content ecosystem. The position also supports campaign planning and omnichannel promotions tied to internal marketing efforts.
