Job Description:
This position is responsible for providing customer support through WeChat and managing content planning and distribution across multiple social media and advertising platforms. The role includes operating official accounts (e.g., Rednote, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), handling advertising channels such as Meta, Apple Ads, FansiTong, Rednote Ads, and newsletters, and closely collaborating with the Deal and Original Content teams to build a cohesive, cross-platform content ecosystem. The position also supports campaign planning and omnichannel promotions tied to internal marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

WeChat Customer Service

  • Communicate daily with customers via the WeChat platform; answer inquiries, handle complaints, and provide after-sales service;

  • Collect customer feedback and report to relevant departments to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Content Planning & Social Media Operation

  • Plan and publish engaging content on platforms such as WeChat Moments Group, REDNOTE, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn;
  • Regularly sharing promotional updates and trending topics to increase user engagement and brand visibility;
  • Tailor content to different platforms based on audience behavior and market trends.

  • Channel Advertising Management

  • Manage and optimize ad placements across Meta, Apple Ads, FansTong, REDNOTE Ads, newsletters, and other media channels;

  • Monitor advertising performance, generate reports, and implement adjustments to improve ROI;

  • Assist in budget allocation and execution planning for ad campaigns.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration & Content Ecosystem Building

  • Gain in-depth understanding of the operational models of the Discount and OC teams;

  • Promote integration and content consistency across all platforms;

  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination to support unified branding and messaging.

  • Campaign Coordination & Multichannel Promotion

    • Work with internal stakeholders to develop content aligned with on-site campaigns and promotions;

    • Execute omnichannel content distribution strategies to maximize exposure and traffic conversion.

    Basic Visual Content Editing

  • Perform basic image editing using tools like Photoshop or MEITU for visual enhancements and formatting;

  • Ensure content meets brand guidelines and visual standards.

  • REDNOTE Account Management

  • Manage multiple REDNOTE accounts and publish regular content to attract and grow the follower base;

  • Track platform trends and hot topics and adjust strategy accordingly to increase engagement.
  • New User Acquisition & Growth

  • Plan and execute user acquisition strategies through online ads, social media platforms, and strategic partnerships;

  • Analyze acquisition data and continuously optimize conversion funnels and onboarding paths;

  • Monitor user quality and lifetime value from different channels to improve retention and conversion rates;

  • Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to enhance first-touch experience and traffic routing efficiency.
  • Job Requirements:

    • Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively;

    • Familiarity with social media platforms such as WeChat, REDNOTE (RED), Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn;

    • Experience in advertising campaign management across platforms like Meta, Apple Ads, FansTong, and newsletters is a plus;

    • Basic image editing skills with tools such as Photoshop or MEITU;

    • Excellent writing ability with a knack for crafting engaging and targeted content;

    • Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication skills;

    • Prior experience in e-commerce or internet-related industries is preferred;

    • Study, life, or shopping experience in Europe is a plus.
    • Experience in user acquisition or growth marketing, familiar with major acquisition channels and techniques.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
