Your role on our team : The Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating, coordinating, and promoting marketing, advertising, and communication-related activities for Minto’s GTA homebuilding operations.

In this role, you will :

Support in the development of marketing assets for projects (brochures, signage, renderings, videos, ads), ensuring that information is accurate and ready on time for launch

Ensure marketing assets (price lists, floorplans, incentives) are accurate / updated in a timely manner on websites / portals

Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, working with agency partners

Create and deploy email campaigns

Write copy for website articles, construction updates, and monthly newsletters

Create and / or oversee day-to-day social content creation and posting along with external agency

Support with sales offices and model homes set up and ongoing marketing needs

Assist in planning and execution of product launches, sales events, and community events

Liaise with external vendors including agencies, architects, designers etc.

Keep track of Marketing related invoices, create POs, send for payment in a timely manner and coordinate payment status with vendors when needed

Support other departments with various Marketing needs (presentations, emails, etc.)

Other duties within the job's scope, spirit, and purpose, as requested by management.

We would like you to have :

A degree / diploma in Marketing or similar

A valid driver's license and ability to commute to sites across the GTA, is required

A minimum of two to four years of work experience in a busy marketing environment is required

Super organized and detail-focused

Team player and eager to learn

Proficient communicator (written, verbal, and listening skills)

Experience writing effective advertising, website, and email copy

Social media content development and management experience

Strong project management and time management skills

Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)

Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop / InDesign and Canva

Experience with email marketing and / or marketing automation platforms

Real estate experience is considered an asset
