Job Title : Content Operations Specialist / Marketing Specialist

Job Summary :

The Product and Markets team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Operations Specialist to support the development, maintenance, and distribution of sales and marketing materials for Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs). This role plays a vital part in ensuring that all ETF-related content meets brand standards, regulatory requirements, and is delivered accurately and on time across various channels.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Coordinate the end-to-end production, review, and dissemination of ETF sales and marketing content, including digital and print materials.
2. Manage workflows involving cross-functional teams such as marketing, compliance, product, and sales, as well as external vendors, to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.
3. Administer content submission and approval processes using internal systems, ensuring adherence to regulatory and brand compliance.
4. Support the refresh and renewal of marketing assets, such as product brochures, insight articles, and fund-related updates, in alignment with business priorities and market developments.
5. Assist with continuous improvement of content operations, processes, and tools, contributing to greater efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
6. Perform administrative and operational tasks to support team goals and content management.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with content management and compliance systems is an asset.
• Understanding of investment products, especially ETFs, and knowledge of the Canadian asset management industry is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in marketing operations, content governance, or marketing support within financial services is considered an asset.
