Overview
Worldpac is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to play a vital role in supporting our promotional and content strategies and digital marketing efforts. You will be instrumental in developing engaging content across various platforms to drive sales, enhance customer engagement, and optimize our online presence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to impactful marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
Promotional Campaign Support:
- Assist in the development and implementation of promotional activities based on defined categories, supplier-specific campaigns, regional/targeted promotions, industry events, and more.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of detailed promotional calendars, ensuring alignment with company sales goals, product launch schedules, and seasonal trends.
- Support the coordination of cross-channel promotional activities to contribute to a unified and impactful customer experience.
- Assist in the tracking and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) for promotional campaigns, providing data for campaign analysis and future strategy development.
Digital & Integrated Marketing Execution:
- Support the development and execution of targeted campaigns within our proprietary ecommerce platform speedDIAL to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
- Assist in the deployment of advertising across relevant trade publications and digital platforms to maximize reach and generate leads, working within established strategies.
- Contribute to the creation and launch of email marketing campaigns, social media content, and website updates, following established guidelines and calendars.
- Assist in updating and maintaining content on customer-facing websites: Worldpac and Autopart International, as well as exclusive brand websites.
- Support the analysis of campaign performance, website traffic, and customer behavior by gathering and organizing data to identify potential trends and opportunities.
- Provide support for podcast production and distribution tasks, such as content research, scheduling, and basic editing assistance, as directed.
Customer Experience Support:
- Support a customer-centric approach by contributing to positive customer experiences across various touchpoints and channels.
- Assist in the analysis of customer journey maps by gathering feedback and data to help identify potential pain points and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the design and improvement of user interfaces and user experiences on digital platforms by providing input and supporting implementation based on team direction.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales promotions, digital marketing, or content management roles.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with digital marketing principles and best practices (email marketing, social media, website content).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus.
- Basic audio editing skills or a willingness to learn is desirable for podcast support.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for creating engaging and effective content.
- Interest in the automotive industry is a plus.
Pay Range
USD $61,000.00 - USD $81,500.00 /Yr.
