Base pay range: $20.00 / hr - $25.00 / hr

Location: Remote in Alberta or Ontario with some travel across Canada and the US

Pay : $20-25 / hr T4

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2-4 years in B2B Marketing; ideally field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation
  • A self-starter that can work independently or as part of a matrixed marketing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities / projects and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience synthesizing data and making strategic decisions using Salesforce, PowerBI, intent data, etc.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to effectively share ideas and lead discussions with diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Numbers-oriented, comfortable discussing data and reporting
  • Demonstrated aptitude for learning, including:
  • Deep understanding of customer / prospect audiences at the company, team, and individual levels
  • Marketing principles and strategies
  • Natural storytelling ability, creating and adapting compelling messaging for marketing deliverables that influence prospects and customers

About the opportunity:

Within the Dayforce Marketing team, the goal of Field Marketing is to be the most innovative and pipeline-centric team in the organization. We aim to use both quantitative data and qualitative insights to make informed decisions and invest in career growth and development.

Support the Field Marketing Leaders in developing and executing strategic and tactical marketing plans, programs, and campaigns, including communicating results to stakeholders.

Collaborate with Sales teams and Field Marketing Managers to ensure campaigns support sales objectives and are effectively executed.

Work with Marketing and BDR teams to improve output and funnel results.

Monitor weekly sales metrics and develop tactics to ensure the delivery of qualified sales leads for pipeline creation and program optimization.

Manage financials and procurement for your programs accurately.

Research and identify future marketing opportunities, such as events, sponsorships, and technology.

Perform other responsibilities as assigned by your manager or senior leadership.
