What You’ll Do

1. Digital Marketing & Content Creation
   1. Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, social media).
   2. Develop engaging social media content and increase online engagement.
   3. Oversee high-quality video production, including customer testimonials and training materials.
   4. Capture and organize photography/videography content for marketing use.
   5. Create eye-catching graphic designs, brochures, and marketing collateral.
   6. Manage website updates, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
   7. Collaborate with external agencies to ensure brand consistency.
2. Event Marketing & Trade Shows
   1. Plan and execute marketing strategies for trade shows, including booth design and promotional materials.
   2. Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure seamless event participation.
   3. Manage logistics for trade show kits, including banners, displays, and marketing assets.
   4. Travel to trade shows, set up booths, and engage with clients.
   5. Conduct post-event analysis to assess ROI and plan for future events.
3. Collaboration & Coordination
   1. Work closely with internal teams and external marketing firms to execute campaigns.
   2. Manage freelancers, vendors, and content creation schedules.
   3. Learn and understand our product line, including circuit breakers, motor controls, and transformers.
   4. Translate technical details into compelling marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.

What You’ll Bring

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong project management abilities with keen attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems).
4. A proactive, hands-on approach to managing projects and creating content.
5. Experience in marketing electrical products is a plus but not required.
6. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.
7. 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing roles.
8. Willingness to travel for trade shows and company events (e.g., Calgary, Saskatoon).
