Job Summary:

This role is responsible for managing retailer digital execution across key accounts, including product setup, PDP asset development, and promotional program coordination. This role audits retailer websites for optimization, drives page enhancements to boost conversion, and monitors performance metrics. It also manages in-store visual merchandising plans that includes planograms, pricing strips and store signing. This role is responsible for co-op advertising copy, assets and budgets. The role supports special event execution.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

e-Retail Lead

  • Work with each retailers head offices to develop and manage e-Retailer PDP assets, product set-up, copy/assets for launches and promotional programs
  • Audit each site to ensure maximum exposure and effectiveness
  • Work with key retailers to enhance p-pages and drive traffic to conversion
  • Monitor page performance with retailers
  • Develop targeting initiatives and CRM programs

Manage In-store Visual Merchandising Plan

  • Manage Assortment Matrix by Planogram
  • Develop the Merchandising plan for all retailers in the EMEA software
  • Communicate with all retailers for approval, timely merchandising changes and delist
  • Create merchandising materials-price strips, transparencies, tent cards, signs
  • Instore Monitor content management
  • Create local Purchase Orders in SAP and track budgets
  • Create local SAP SKU’s for timely shipments

Co-op Advertising

  • Coop Advertising budget management
  • Retailer copy submission & sending product
  • Proof-read and approve co-op ads
  • Managing Retailer Calendars

Special Events

  • Support local development of signing, banners, tables and support materials for Special Events
  • Create local SKU’s shipment
  • Key contact for Sales and Education Executives for in-store event resources

Retailer Communication

  • Retailer Presentation support
  • Develop Retailer handouts for Sales and Education Executive store seasonal presentations

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • University degree or College diploma in business, marketing or related retail field
  • Minimum of two years related work experience
  • Must be detail oriented, accurate and ability tomulti-task
  • Proficient in computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop skills are required
  • Excellent Organizational skills
  • Experience with event planning
  • Must be flexible and willing to work in a team-based environment
  • Cosmetic/beauty industry knowledge an asset
  • Strong written & oral communication
  • Bilingual (English & French) an asset
