THE TEAM
The mission of the Product Marketing Department is to identify our product so that everybody wants to buy it.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing, and our Product Marketing team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for translating product investments into strategic marketing opportunities, driving demand and maximizing global recognition. As the Senior Analyst/Analyst, Product Marketing, you will conduct external research to gather insights, create presentations for senior leadership, and develop seasonal briefs aligning product strategies with marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, to integrate seasonal trends into marketing plans. The skills gained in this role open doors to a rewarding career in Product Marketing and ongoing growth with Aritzia.

THE ROLE
As the Senior Analyst/Analyst, Product Marketing, your responsibilities include:
• Ensuring the right product is promoted at the right time with the right intent to captivate customers
• Identifying and driving product opportunities in partnership with the Product division
• Managing and measuring product marketing programs
• Referencing various sources to identify relevant upcoming trends for Aritzia

THE QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will have:
• Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in market analysis, research, and product marketing
• A passion for the industry in which we operate
• An understanding of Aritzia’s brand vision and style fundamentals, with a focus on trends and cultural influences

THE COMPENSATION
The typical salary range for this position is $50,000 - $100,000 CAD per year. Final salary depends on experience, skills, and knowledge.

We welcome candidates with varied qualifications. The scope of work and salary may be adjusted accordingly.
