JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers flexibility, professional growth, and valuable experience in sales, marketing, and business development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in at least two (2) marketing sessions per week (minimum 3 hours/session).
• Enter all leads into the company database on the same day of the marketing session.
• Dedicate approximately 6 hours per week to calling leads and setting up estimates (varies based on sales targets).
• Call potential clients to schedule and conduct estimates after receiving training.
• Complete at least 5 estimates per week post-training, with flexible scheduling.
