Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers flexibility, professional growth, and valuable experience in sales, marketing, and business development. Responsibilities include:

1. Participating in at least two (2) marketing sessions per week (minimum 3 hours per session).
2. Entering all leads into the company database on the same day of the marketing session.
3. Dedicate approximately 6 hours per week to calling leads and setting up estimates (schedule may vary based on sales targets).
4. Calling potential clients to schedule and conduct estimates after receiving training.
5. Completing at least 5 estimates per week post-training, with flexible scheduling.
