  • T4: $32.20/hr
  • Incorporated: $49/hr

Location: Toronto (Hybrid)

Duration: 1 year

What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for a Marketing Researcher II to guide cross-functional teams across Product, Design, and Marketing. You’ll shape research strategies, execute end-to-end studies, and deliver impactful insights that drive business decisions.

  • Lead qualitative research studies: interviews, diary studies, usability testing, surveys, focus groups
  • Help reframe questions into actionable research goals
  • Present insights clearly to stakeholders and leadership
  • Support self-serve research and mentor designers
  • Collaborate with data, product, content, and analytics teams
  • Build a central repository of research insights

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of hands-on qualitative research experience
  • Deep understanding of research methodologies
  • Strong moderation and synthesis skills
  • Experience in Agile environments
  • Proficiency in tools like Usertesting.com, Figma, and basic data analysis tools
  • Background in consumer brands, data, or fintech is a plus
  • Bonus: Familiarity with AI, AR, or VR in user research
