Job Position Description :

With a ‘One Team’ mentality, promote and sell franchise services in assigned territory to meet or exceed sales goals. Grow and develop the customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and routinely contact and follow-up with customers. Conduct contact calls to build relationships and educate customers on why PuroClean is the best cleaning and restoration company. Provide clear and accurate pretesting, service scoping, and job estimates. Monitor and follow-up on all jobs to ensure customer needs are met. Achieve established sales goals. Maintain a diverse customer base with regular new customer acquisition. Ensure timely and effective communication internally and externally. Complete customer jobs to meet or exceed expectations. Responsibilities :

• Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence.
• Generate revenue through effective consultative marketing.
• Build, maintain, and service a ‘top 25 client’ list; organize lunch and learns; promote continued education courses.
• Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the PuroClean business.
• Adhere to safety guidelines while in the office and traveling.
• Build brand awareness, promote the ‘One Team’ culture, and make a positive impact in the community through service.
