About the Role
We are seeking an organized Marketing & Proposal Manager to lead the development of compelling responses to RFPs and RFQs, while supporting broader marketing and communications initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing time-sensitive work and enjoys both the strategic and storytelling aspect of proposals.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor public-sector procurement sites and identify relevant RFQs and RFPs.

Lead the preparation and submission of proposals and qualifications packages.

Manage proposal workflows, deadlines, and submission compliance.

Coordinate with senior management to gather content and develop compelling narratives.

Design visually engaging proposals that align with brand and submission requirements.

Liaise with subconsultants for team formation and content collection.

Support general marketing initiatives, including the preparation of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and award submissions.

Maintain website to ensure content and project work remains current.

Develop and schedule content for social media platforms.

Assist with project photography coordination, including on-site support when needed.

Work with an external agency to support media relations and press opportunities.

Perform additional tasks as required to support marketing and proposal efforts.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of experience in proposals and marketing, ideally in the A/E/C industry.

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear content.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

A degree in a related field is an asset (Architecture, Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related disciplines).

Familiarity with public-sector procurement processes is an asset.

Salary
Commensurate with experience and skill set. [CF1] Salary Range $70,000 - $90,000
