    Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: 1-3 months with potential to extend (interim role while the team is hiring for a perm position in Houston, TX)

    Our client, a growing Marketing Services agency founded in 2019, is seeking an Interim Marketing/Creative Project Manager to manage and execute client campaigns, working closely with the CMO and CFO. This role will focus on leading the execution of marketing projects and ensuring all deadlines are met while supporting a seamless RFP process. The ideal candidate will be comfortable owning the process and navigating client relationships, ensuring things are done on time and to the highest standard.

    What you will do:

    • Own the execution of marketing projects, including client-facing RFP management, collaborating with cross-functional teams including working directly with clients, vendors and partners as necessary.
    • Develop and manage the timeline, budget, and quality control for various marketing campaigns and related projects, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
    • Track and report on project process.
    • Anticipate, identify and mitigate risks.
    • Generate reports, highlighting campaign performance and progress.
    • Handle client communication, focusing on both C-suite level interactions and ensuring client needs are met proactively.
    • Collaborate with teams to coordinate events such as tradeshows and client marketing events, managing logistics, materials, and shipping.
    • Ensure project progress is tracked via Asana, providing updates and keeping all teams aligned.
    • Solve problems and troubleshoot issues for client success.
    • Provide support for various marketing tasks including social media, email marketing or otherwise to support client campaigns as required.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and developments in search, display, and social media.
      • 8-10+ years of project management experience in marketing/creative environments (B2B is strongly preferred), with specific experience in agency settings.
      • Strong experience using Asana for project tracking and management. Proactive in keeping the tool updated.
      • Experience in event management/logistics, supporting tradeshows and client-facing events is preferred.
      • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with C-suite executives and manage complex client relationships.
      • Flexibility to work up to 20-30 hours per week, with potential fluctuations in hours.
      • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
      • Experience with analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, and understanding how to measure campaign success.
      • Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Pardot, Sprout Social, and LinkedIn/Facebook advertising platforms.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
      • A curiosity about marketing and staying up-to-date with evolving trends and technologies.
      • Must be available to work standard Central Time Zone business hours, with flexibility to accommodate occasional client needs outside of this schedule.
      • Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country the position is based in, without requiring sponsorship.
