Marketing Project Manager (Transparent Labs)

The Role

Our brand, Transparent Labs, is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to drive the planning, coordination, and successful execution of a wide range of projects across our marketing, creative, and go-to-market functions. In this role, you will manage cross-functional outputs across teams—including marketing, creative, science communications, and scientific affairs—to ensure deliverables meet brand standards and timelines. You will also oversee in-house creative production for brand campaigns and content shoots, working closely with marketing and product teams to align initiatives with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting to final delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, clearly assigning tasks and setting milestones using project management software.
• Facilitate seamless communication between teams to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate feedback and revisions, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on goals and objectives.
• Be solutions-oriented to resolve any and all issues which may impact the successful (and timely) completion of integrated projects.

Go-to-Market Management

• Coordinate cross-department efforts for product launches and key initiatives, involving scientific affairs, science communications, marketing, growth, and creative teams.
• Ensure smooth coordination between Product Development (Ops) and Go-To-Market (Marketing + Creative).
• Develop and track timelines and milestones for go-to-market planning, ensuring clear communication of roles, responsibilities, and deadlines.

Creative Production

• Assist with planning and producing creative campaigns and content shoots.
• Manage logistics such as scheduling, resource allocation, and budget tracking for campaign assets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure creative output aligns with broader brand strategies.
• Balance workloads, ensuring efficient use of resources, and identifying potential bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a program/project management capacity.
• Highly proficient with PM tooling such as Jira, Monday, or Asana.
• PMP designation or equivalent certification is considered an asset.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects involving multi-disciplinary teams and agile cross-functional communication.
