Position Overview:
  • Full time and permanent
  • Fast moving in terms of variety of work and expectations
  • Flexible hours (e.g., start between 6am and 10am, work late some days, shorter on others)
  • 90% internal marketing projects, 10% client billable projects
  • Experience with a variety of project types (e.g., advertising campaigns, website rebuilds, event planning)
  • Manage internal teams, enforce budgets and timelines, lead meetings, quality audit, and purchasing
  • Review deliverables, ensure proper information storage and backups
  • Report project status, support team problem-solving, participate in departmental tasks
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including designers, analysts, PR, writers, SEO, social media, video, 3D animators, and management
  • Ensure project requirements are met, quality standards maintained
  • Contribute ideas for new projects and develop deep brand insights
  • Example: Launching a newsletter from planning to analysis
Minimum Requirements:
  • Highly intelligent with good instinct and critical assessment skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Perseverance and pride in work
  • Hardworking attitude
  • No formal education or experience required; merit-based evaluation
