Job description

Overview

Flyover is seeking a Project Manager, Marketing to join our team. This role focuses on executing marketing initiatives by managing timelines, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration. As a key member of the Revenue Operations team, the Project Manager will ensure campaigns and creative assets are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of streamlining processes, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and supporting Flyover’s brand and marketing efforts across all channels.

What is the compensation for this role?

The salary range is CAD 60,000-65,000 annually. A full breakdown of perks and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.

What will you do in this job?
  • Lead and manage cross-functional marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery aligned with strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, workback schedules, and task workflows using Asana, optimizing team capacity and workload.
  • Coordinate the development and execution of creative assets across channels—digital, print, web, and in-market—for campaigns, promotions, and film changeovers.
  • Support paid media execution by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners on creative development, approvals, and trafficking.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Revenue Operations, sales/marketing teams, and creative vendors, ensuring clear communication and efficient project flow.
  • Monitor project performance, provide regular updates, and support creative optimizations based on reporting and campaign results.
  • Assist with budget tracking and invoice management for the Marketing Operations team.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • A Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum) is a plus but not required.

Ideal Experience:

  • At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably in marketing, creative services, or advertising.
  • Experience in the hospitality, tourism, or attractions sector is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and familiarity with marketing tools and timelines.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creatives, marketers, and vendors.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and focused on process improvement.
