Marketing Producer Hybrid (Not Remote) 18-Month Temporary Contract

As a Marketing Producer on the EA SPORTS FC global production team, you will be at the heart of our major global marketing campaigns. You will be the engine that brings our creative vision to life, producing the high-impact video and design assets that define our brand and speak to a massive global audience. From epic, blockbuster trailers and viral social content to stunning key art and brand designs, you will own the creative pipeline from initial brief to worldwide deployment.

Your Impact:
  • Be a Creative Champion: Partner with our internal Creative and Production teams to guide the creation of marketing assets. You'll read scripts and provide sharp creative and editorial feedback, ensuring every piece of content aligns with our brand vision and quality standards.
  • Drive Global Campaigns: Produce and deliver a wide array of assets for cross-functional partners, supporting global business needs and ensuring our marketing message resonates in every territory.
  • Orchestrate the Production Process: You are the master of the plan. You'll create and maintain workback schedules, manage asset trackers and keep all stakeholders aligned and informed.
  • Guardian of Quality: You have a keen eye for detail. You will be the final checkpoint for all assets, ensuring accurate spelling, legal compliance, correct ESRB ratings and flawless final files before they go live.
  • Master of Collaboration: Organize and lead frequent creative reviews, gathering feedback from developers, franchise marketers, licensors and other key partners to ensure a cohesive and powerful final product.
  • Bridge Creativity and Business: Manage relationships with production vendors, review bids and handle budgets, all while sourcing in-game assets and ensuring a seamless workflow between our game development and marketing teams.
Who You Are:
  • A Marketing-Minded Producer: With 5+ years of experience, you have a proven history of producing world-class video and design assets for major brands or entertainment franchises.
  • An Expert Influencer: You masterfully balance creative excellence with the realities of budgets and deadlines. You can unite people with opposing views to achieve a shared goal.
  • A Creative Storyteller: You excel at taking a complex marketing plan and distilling it into a clear, actionable production schedule with concrete milestones.
  • A Proactive Problem-Solver: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented mindset to tackle any production challenge that comes your way.
  • Live-Action & Post-Production Veteran: You have a strong understanding of live-action shoots, key art creation, motion design and the entire end-to-end production process.
  • Culturally Connected: While not essential, familiarity with EA SPORTS, football and its culture will help you succeed in the role.
  • Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable learning and working with modern production tools. Experience with Airtable, Frame.io, Frontify, Google Drive or similar platforms is an advantage, but not essential.
