ABOUT YOU:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Operations Specialist to support our marketing team by managing CRM operations, marketing automation workflows, campaign setup, and performance reporting. This role is critical to ensuring our email and digital campaigns are effectively executed, highly targeted, and data-driven. You’ll work closely with the broader marketing team to manage lists, create reports, and ensure smooth execution across Salesforce and our marketing platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Email Campaign Execution: Set up and deploy email campaigns using Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or similar platforms); ensure timely and accurate execution of all communications.
  • CRM List Management: Manage and segment contact lists within Salesforce; ensure list hygiene, accuracy, and alignment with targeting strategies.
  • Marketing Automation: Build and maintain automation workflows, drip campaigns, and lead nurturing paths based on user behavior and lifecycle stages.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate and maintain regular marketing reports to track performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.); provide insights to improve campaign results.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, and send times; analyze results and implement data-backed improvements.
  • Data Quality & Integrity: Monitor data integrity within Salesforce; work with Sales/RevOps to ensure data is properly captured and tagged.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, sales, and other departments to support integrated marketing campaigns and promotional efforts.
