A leading SaaS company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to optimize sales and marketing processes in Toronto. Resolver is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager . As Marketing Operations Manager, you will set the strategy for how Resolver’s sales development and marketing systems track and route leads. You’ll have a close eye on the team’s current projects —and a strong say in what gets top billing when prioritizing requests.
Where necessary, you will spend time in the trenches to help alleviate bottlenecks. At the same time, you’ll be thinking ahead —both to medium-term projects and to long-term strategy. You will work closely with stakeholders across Resolver to collect feedback —must-haves, recommendations, pain points, hopes and dreams —to make sure our processes are optimized to move the needle on our key metrics.

Project Management (30%) :
Measure of success : Tasks completed on time. Reduced platform errors. Total number of high-quality leads processed / routed
Operations (25%) :
Measures of success : Tasks completed on time, total number of opportunities from marketing campaigns
Team Management (25%) :
Measures of success : Marketing efforts result in achievement of targets. Team works within established processes. Clear communication of progress within the Marketing team and to external stakeholders
Measures of Success : Opportunities generated. Total number of high-quality leads processed / routed
