YOUR ROLE

The Marketing Operations Coordinator will support the Marketing Operations Manager and the broader Brand & Marketing team in executing the go-to-market strategy across all Aldo Product Services (APS) brands, including Sperry. This role focuses on process coordination, calendar and budget tracking, as well as marketing operations support, including sample logistics, to ensure alignment across teams and timely execution of key milestones, activations, as well as PR and marketing initiatives.

This role is best suited for someone who is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Curious and detail oriented, they should have a passion for marketing and process and enjoy working behind the scenes to keep projects moving. A collaborative mindset, problem solving spirit, and eagerness to grow in a marketing operations role are key to this role.

  • Assist in maintaining and updating the go-to-market (GTM) calendar across all APS brands.
  • Support milestone meetings through coordination, logistics, and presentation needs.
  • Manage the submission and tracking of invoice POs across the Brand & Marketing team.
  • Help maintain and update the marketing budget tracker.
  • Support with PR order forecasts in collaboration with the demand planning and PR team.
  • Coordinate and manage sample ordering and tracking across APS brands for:
    • PR/influencer seeding
    • Events and brand activations
    • Content production and photoshoots
    • Ad hoc / urgent sample needs
  • Support sample management by coordinating with the Sample Management team, Product Development, and the studio to ensure timely delivery and organization of samples for e-commerce and marketing needs.
  • Liaise with cross functional teams (Product, Demand, Content, PR,) for various marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with support and follow up for marketing related presentations.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of operational workflows and documentation.
  • Assist the Brand & Marketing team with projects as assigned.

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

  • 0-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A., B.Sc., B.Comm.)
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including but not limited to Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross functional teams.
  • Background in fashion and wholesale industry an asset.
