Job summary

Tayco is seeking a Marketing Material Coordinator to manage day-to-day literature programs, inventory, fulfillment, and distribution. The role partners with Procurement, Marketing, and carriers to ensure materials are available and deliveries meet expectations.

You will review inventory data, prepare reports, support promotional samples, and contribute to process improvements. This is an in-office position with some physical tasks and a strong emphasis on organization and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Tayco and BRC’s literature programs, ensuring the effective availability and distribution of literature, samples, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and material availability and communicate low-stock items, discrepancies, or potential shortages to the Marketing Material Supervisor.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment and distribution, including the preparation, packing, and shipment of literature, samples, and promotional materials.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers regarding orders, material availability, delivery requirements, and general inquiries.
  • Coordinate the receipt, organization, storage, and distribution of incoming marketing materials to ensure materials remain accessible and ready for use.
  • Maintain Tayco’s Kanban system and coordinate replenishment based on inventory levels and flag replenishment needs to the Marketing Material Supervisor.
  • Perform routine inventory counts and update inventory records as required.
  • Submit weekly material replenishment requests through Procurement based on stock levels, usage, and anticipated requirements.
  • Resolve routine logistics exceptions and delivery issues with third-party shipping providers to support timely and reliable fulfillment.
  • Prepare and coordinate sample and promotional kits according to established categories, campaign requirements, and distribution needs.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of promotional mailouts supporting marketing campaigns and dealer engagement programs.
  • Coordinate artwork updates and literature revisions with the Marketing Material Supervisor to ensure current materials are available for distribution.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to support continuous improvements to literature processes, workflow, organization, and operational efficiency.
  • Create and print labels, and assemble and label sample rings, kits, and other sample materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency with established requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Team as required, including organizing materials, preparing documents, or updating internal resources.
  • Actively participate in Social Committee activities and initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

POSITION SUMMARY

Tayco is looking for one Marketing Material Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operation of Tayco and BRC’s literature programs, including inventory control, material flow, order fulfillment, replenishment, shipping, and distribution. The role works closely with internal and external customers, Procurement, Marketing, and third-party carriers to ensure materials are available, orders are fulfilled accurately, and deliveries are completed efficiently. The position also works closely with the Marketing Material Supervisor to review inventory and usage data, prepares regular reports, supports promotional and sample programs, and contributes to continuous improvement of literature processes and departmental operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
