Marketing Manager – Ultherapy & Neocutis

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the development, implementation, and execution of marketing plans for Ultherapy and Neocutis. This role is pivotal in driving brand growth, enhancing market presence, and supporting cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Brand Leadership:
Lead strategic brand planning and tactical execution for Ultherapy and Neocutis, incorporating insights from global, U.S., and European teams.

Market Insights & Analysis:
Conduct market research and advisory boards to understand customer needs. Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

Marketing Material Development:
Create compelling marketing materials, including sales tools, patient education, and digital content. Oversee the promotional review process and explore new channels to boost brand awareness.

Executional Excellence:
Align product messaging with Sales, Training, and Field teams. Maintain regular communication with the field and participate in ride-alongs to gather insights and strengthen customer relationships.

KOL & Congress Engagement:
Support key opinion leader (KOL) strategy and engagement. Attend major aesthetic conferences to build relationships and gather strategic insights.

Budgeting & Performance Tracking:
Lead brand forecasting and budgeting. Monitor brand performance and track KPIs and ROI for marketing initiatives.

Travel:
Travel up to 25% as needed for field visits, conferences, and team collaboration.
