Job description

Adecco is currently hiring for Senior Marketing Manager to join our client's dynamic staffing team in Mississauga, ON. You will be responsible for building brand desirability of Client's brands in Canada. They will lead the development of marketing plans that align with the broader North American and Global marketing strategy. In addition, they will be responsible for setting the strategy and leading a team that is responsible for Digital Marketing and Customer Marketing.

Pay rate : $50.00 - $65.00 / hour

Location : Mississauga, ON

Duration : 1 year contract

New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities :

Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes both national and customer marketing plans

Work closely with the US marketing team to ensure alignment and leverage assets

Demonstrate strong proficiency in Digital Marketing and Social Media tools

Manage our online presence in Canada across all accounts to ensure our assortment is optimized and support our trade partners to lead in engaging product listings and digital content

Manage and champion the company's websites

Work with our Consumer Direct Interaction team to maximize our presence and sales for consumables, accessories, home environment, vacuums, and kitchen appliances

Collaborate with the team to support and promote the Frigidaire Family Store

Define execution plans for brand and product marketing

Work with the marketing team and local agencies to develop marketing support for key launches

Develop brand and product marketing assets, POS materials, and activities for in-store and online

Drive media planning and execution in support of key brand, consumer, and business objectives

Create a strong brand experience on .ca owned platforms

Champion consumer insights across the Canadian organization through a close partnership with the North American Consumer Insights team

Manage the Canadian brand communications budget in partnership with Finance

Support and develop the talent of the Marketing team, including 3 direct reports in Canada Qualifications and Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; MBA preferred

7+ years of professional marketing experience across all touchpoints

Portfolio strategy experience desired

Leadership experience, including coaching and managing a marketing team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe

Strong public speaking, presentation, and written communication skills.

Approximately 20-30% travel is required.

Demonstrated success building strong brand plans

Proven success in integrating marketing programs with customers

Desire to work at both strategic and tactical levels

Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities

Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to work cross-functionally

Passion for the consumer and delivering outstanding experiences

Ability to think creatively and strategically while executing effectively

Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Adaptability in unfamiliar situations
