MARKETING MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a regional enterprise marketing team on a temporary basis. This role focuses on executing regionally relevant B2B marketing initiatives across Canada, with a strong emphasis on cross-channel marketing strategies.

You will collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to deliver impactful brand campaigns, events, and content that drive awareness and consideration among advertiser and agency audiences.

Terms:

  • 11-month contract
  • Onsite in Toronto, ON
  • 40-hours, M - F

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the country marketing plan aligned with local business needs and priorities.
  • Develop and implement cross-channel marketing strategies tied to key business moments.
  • Plan and manage the company’s presence at industry events and hosted executive engagements.
  • Collaborate with global and partner teams on large-scale events, including strategy, communications, and project management.
  • Work with content teams to develop customer-facing materials such as case studies and insights.
  • Identify and manage marketing channels (e.g., paid media, email, web) to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, legal, PR, analytics) to ensure accurate messaging and storytelling.
  • Contribute to the development of the 2026 annual marketing strategy, leading select workstreams.

Must-Haves:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with exposure to multiple organizations or industries.
  • Strong understanding of strategic marketing and upper-funnel campaign planning.
  • Familiarity with the Canadian media landscape and how to effectively reach business audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience with digital marketing, event planning, and integrated campaign execution.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance measurement.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
