Supports test-and-learn approaches and applies performance insights to optimize future campaign planning and execution.
  • Budget Ownership Owns the campaign-level marketing budget, ensuring effective forecasting, allocation, tracking, and reporting.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Academic Background: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a closely related discipline is typically required. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a postgraduate qualification in marketing is often preferred for senior-level positions.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 to 7 years of progressive experience in marketing or a related field, with demonstrable success in managing marketing initiatives and leading teams.
  • External agency relationship management
