Overview

Reporting to the Marketing Director, Global Alliances, the candidate will be a key member of the global KPMG Alliances team, focusing primarily on two to three of our priority global alliances.

The Marketing Manager will develop and implement effective global marketing campaigns aligned with the business plan and priorities. This includes creating marketing plans and assets for our global programs and collaborating with sector and functional marketing teams to promote capabilities and support revenue growth.

What You Will Do

  1. Plan and execute marketing and communication activities supporting our global strategic priorities, managing stakeholder relationships to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
  2. Own the creative development of marketing materials, including design, editorial content, thought leadership, digital assets (e.g., infographics, social media content), and other client-facing materials, based on input from global leadership.
  3. Communicate campaign elements effectively to internal and external audiences to build awareness and adoption.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders such as Global Alliance Directors, practice marketers, shared services, alliance partners, and vendors to develop assets and support campaign engagement.
  5. Manage KPIs aligned with business goals, analyze campaign data to assess ROI, and implement improvements.
  6. Share knowledge and best practices across industries, functions, and geographies.

What You Bring To The Role

  • At least five years of progressive marketing experience, including project management, preferably with digital marketing expertise.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in marketing.
  • Proven success in developing and executing integrated, international marketing programs across digital and social media to drive revenue growth.
  • Experience in B2B solution/partnership marketing and working with major technology firms is preferred.
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders, manage virtual teams, and demonstrate strong project management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
