At Pattison Agriculture we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT AND EVOLVE with us! We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced, energetic company. You will report to the Director of Marketing and will be based out of the Swift Current, Yorkton, Humboldt, or Emerald Park locations.

As the Marketing Manager you will support the Marketing department in carrying out initiatives through developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, maintaining budgets, and measuring marketing effectiveness. In one of Canada’s top John Deere dealer organizations, you will deliver quality work in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.

You will:

1. Develop & implement marketing strategies and communications to enhance brand visibility and market position
2. Collaborate with other teams to meet business objectives and ensure strategies are executed
3. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
4. Coordinate events and public relations initiatives
5. Assist with leadership and mentoring of team, build a cohesive and constructive team
6. Oversee and maintain strong digital marketing strategy including social media, website, reputation management, etc.
7. Oversee monthly marketing promotions/campaigns, budget, and tracking
8. Ensure safety regulations are met by self and others

You Have:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or equivalent combination of education and experience
2. 7+ years’ experience in marketing, communications or public relations
3. 2+ years’ experience in a management role
4. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies/platforms
5. Knowledge of Adobe Applications: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro
6. Knowledge of photography and videography
7. Comfort using MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; knowledge of alternate software an asset
8. Willingness to work flexible hours (i.e. hosting a weekend event)
9. Valid driver’s license required; with the willingness to travel independently, as needed
10. Agriculture Industry knowledge is an asset
