We are seeking a Marketing Manager- Cards Engagement to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion.

The Details

  • Location: Hybrid in Old Toronto (Onsite 3 days per week)
  • Duration: 12 months with potential for extension

Job Description

  • Drive profitable revenue growth through planning, development, and delivery of customer engagement marketing programs within Canadian Banking Marketing.
  • Foster a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader bank relationships and systems.
  • Support marketing objectives by setting and refining annual and quarterly plans.
  • Collaborate with Customer Journey management groups to plan and execute customer-driven action plans and marketing programs.
  • Monitor market conditions, consumer sentiment, and competitive activity to adapt planning and budget deployment.
  • Lead engagement strategies for the credit card portfolio, including product launches, events, upgrades, and card refreshes, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Utilize market research and data analysis to guide campaign strategies.
  • Ensure stakeholder buy-in across multiple business and marketing partners in a matrixed environment.
  • Work with Journey Management groups to establish clear workflows and responsibilities.
  • Support the development and deployment of creative assets across channels.
  • Ensure proper branding in accordance with global guidelines and visual identity.
  • Promote a high-performance, inclusive team culture aligned with client values: accountability, passion, integrity, and respect.
  • Manage day-to-day activities in compliance with risk and operational standards, including regulatory and conduct risk frameworks.
  • Design and implement global customer-first strategies, aligning creative and media resources to support global and regional needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to drive performance growth across KPIs.
  • Deep knowledge of product analytics and marketing technology stacks.
  • Authentic, decisive, resilient, collaborative, results-oriented.
  • 4+ years of experience for Manager level, 6+ years for Senior Manager.
  • Work in a standard office environment; limited travel, non-standard hours possible.
  • Hybrid work model in Toronto, onsite 3 days/week.
