Software & Design Technology Services: The largest reseller of Autodesk Platinum software in the country, this division offers specialized technology and professional services across various industries — including architecture, engineering, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, and media & entertainment.

Your day might include working closely with the business development or ecommerce teams to identify opportunities with your marketing director and build campaigns to reach business results. We have all kinds of exciting projects in the pipeline – the opportunities to grow and learn are endless!

In this role, our brand marketing manager will …

  1. Partner with senior leadership to build a 360 marketing strategy and plan that supports both short-term and long-term marketing objectives for our B2B sales goals – based on benchmarks, competitor moves, and annual budget.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns:
    1. Centralize information from sales and technical manager, challenge marketing brief, develop creative and media brief, follow creative and production steps, be the contact point for QA and ongoing results analysis.
  3. Organize data analysis, segmentation and extract to produce workflows and mass mailing.
  4. Manage projects, timelines, and customer experience for the dedicated brand, across multiple channels:
    1. Drive awareness, lead generation, conversion, and retention.
    2. Execute different types of tactics: emailings, PPC campaigns, display, website optimizations, traditional media, webinar, tradeshow supports, case studies, social media, etc.
  5. Content management:
    1. Ensure the quality of content and messaging to match with our target audience needs and expectations (personalized and dynamic content).
    2. Integrate content in the Automation tool and in the CMS.
    3. Optimize content based on A/B tests, customer behaviors, and SEO recommendations & best practices.
  6. Communicate results and optimize marketing activities:
    1. Dashboard development, lead nurturing recommendations.
    2. Develop process and analysis between marketing results and sales revenues.
  7. Supervise budget, forecasts, and invoicing in collaboration with the marketing director.
  8. Will be dedicated to one brand but could help on another one if needed.

About you...

  1. 5+ years B2B marketing experience.
  2. Diploma or degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  3. Excellent communication skills, particularly writing.
  4. Comfortable working and collaborating within a remote work environment.
  5. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  6. Details & results oriented.
  7. Team player.
  8. Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
  9. Data and dynamic workflow sensitive.
  10. Knowledge of and/or willingness to learn HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, CMS like WordPress.
  11. Understanding of B2B marketing approach & needs – particularly in Building, Construction, engineering.
  12. Knowledge on SEO and copywriting is a plus.
  13. Bilingual preferred (English, French).
