Cedar Valley is a proudly Canadian snack brand bringing better-for-you pita chips to families across North America. From starting in our home kitchen to landing on Costco and Whole Foods shelves, we’ve scaled quickly while staying true to our roots: real ingredients, healthy fats, and recipes inspired by our Lebanese heritage.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help us implement marketing initiatives across brand, digital, and retail channels. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will focus on hands-on execution — managing content, coordinating campaigns, supporting retail marketing efforts, and tracking performance — all while ensuring consistent brand quality and presence.

What You’ll DoCampaign Execution & Reporting

  • Execute marketing plans and campaigns as developed by the CMO
  • Coordinate timelines, assets, and team collaboration to ensure flawless delivery
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for weekly and monthly reviews

Brand & Creative

  • Maintain and ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
  • Coordinate creative asset development (packaging, digital, POS) with external designers
  • Manage the execution of photo and video shoots in support of campaigns and launches

Retail & Trade Marketing

  • Create and maintain sell sheets, display renderings, and trade materials
  • Support field marketing, demos, and shopper marketing initiatives
  • Liaise with sales team to align marketing efforts with retail priorities

Digital, Content & Community

  • Manage the content calendar for social media, email, and website (Shopify) as well as directly coordinate with social media agencies
  • Post, monitor, and engage on social platforms; coordinate influencer campaigns
  • Update website content and oversee blog/newsletter execution using provided messaging and assets
  • Run digital ad campaigns; google, meta, instacart, etc. in collaboration with advertising partners
  • Collaborate with contracted agencies to manage/grow Amazon.ca and .com business

Performance & Growth Marketing

  • Implement paid advertising campaigns under the direction of the CMO or agency
  • Monitor campaign performance (e.g., CTR, CAC, ROAS) and suggest improvements
  • A/B test content, creative, or messaging and provide results to the marketing team

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in the CPG industry
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms, Shopify, email tools (e.g. Klaviyo), and Canva
  • Solid understanding of brand and retail marketing, even if you’re not leading strategy
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset — you're excited to build and execute with a growing team

Compensation

  • The approximate base salary is $80,000-$100,000. The actual base salary will depend on level of experience. This position is eligible for participation in a bonus program based on company results and performance.
