About the Role

RE/MAX Crest Realty is seeking a dynamicMarketing Managerto lead our marketing initiatives, strengthen brand awareness, and drive strategic growth. This role is ideal for a creative and results-oriented marketing professional with a passion for real estate and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and executemulti-channel marketing strategiesto enhance brand visibility, support agent success, and generate high-quality leads
  • Conductmarket research and competitor analysisto inform campaigns, audience targeting, and positioning strategies
  • Overseelisting promotionacross all platforms: ensure consistency and quality in photography, videography, signage, and digital presence
  • Manage the company’swebsite, email campaigns, and digital advertisingto maximize engagement and conversion
  • Plan and coordinatecommunity events, open houses, and promotional campaignsthat support both corporate goals and agent initiatives
  • Produce and maintain high-qualitymarketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, newsletters, video content, and social media assets
  • Collaborate with the leadership team and agents to align marketing activities with overall business goals
  • Liaise withvendors and creative partnersto ensure timely and cost-effective execution of all marketing projects
  • Track and analyzemarketing performance metrics, generating monthly reports with actionable insights
  • Lead brand communications, includingpress releases, award announcements, and community outreach


What You Bring
