We are looking for a motivated Marketing Manager to support our marketing efforts and our brand's reach. This position is full-time and hybrid remote flexible with opportunities for growth and advancement. The ideal candidate can work independently, is highly organized, with an eye for detail, and has excellent communication skills.

Job Summary :

A Marketing Manager with proven talent in graphic design, illustration, writing, website development, and social media management. This team member will be responsible for Maryhill Winery’s online presence, brand recognition, and engaging communication with new and existing customers while working collaboratively within the Maryhill Winey Team.

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team.
  • Coordinate and promote events.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and update website content.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research.

Knowledge and Certifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CMS and email marketing software.
  • Event planning and promotion.
  • Graphic design skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Passion for wine.

Compensation and Employment Requirements :

  • Rate : $77, 968.80
  • Schedule : 40 Hours weekly, Flexible Schedule.
  • Benefits : Eligible for Standard Company benefit program. Includes : Paid Vacation / Sick Leave accrual; Medical, dental, vision, and life coverage plans; 401K matching; and employee discount program.
  • Prep-employment background check and drug / alcohol screening required.
