WOW 1 DAY PAINTING is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic-Focused: Drive marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and foster long-term growth, optimizing every stage of the marketing funnel.
- Project Management Pro: Manage complex projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker: Analyze and optimize campaign performance to improve ROI.
- Customer-Centric Communicator: Segment, engage, and nurture customer relationships through tailored automated email and SMS campaigns.
- Analytics Guru: Track, measure, and improve campaign performance using marketing attribution models.
- Collaborative & Inspiring: Work cross-functionally, inspiring collaboration and driving performance across teams and channels.
- Strategy & Growth Optimization: Support the development and drive marketing strategies aimed at increasing estimates and encouraging repeat business.
- Marketing Project Execution: Lead project management and execution of marketing strategies and programs.
- Paid Media Management: Manage paid media accounts, focusing on campaign building, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Customer Communication & Segmentation: Oversee customer communication marketing programs, focusing on engagement and growth strategies.
- Website Optimization & Tracking: Manage CMS updates for continuous website optimization and implement tracking solutions.
- Analytics & Reporting: Configure and maintain marketing attribution models to measure channel performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing strategy and customer marketing communication programs.
- Proficiency in website optimization, tracking, and analytics tools.
- A data-driven mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
Annual Salary is $85,000 to $100,000 (The actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal parity).
