Job description

Aston Carter's client in Vancouver is seeking a remote Marketing Manager to join their team. They are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Marketing Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of brand strategy and campaign execution. You will play a key role in managing integrated marketing campaigns, vendor relationships, and brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Key Contributions (First 90–120 Days):

  1. Launch a new campaign aligned with key verticals.

  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and refine content for brand consistency.

  3. Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely billing and swag distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution: Lead the day-to-day coordination and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of assets, accurate billing, and distribution of promotional materials.

• Project Management: Oversee marketing projects from concept to completion, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.

• Content Collaboration: Work closely with content creators to ensure marketing materials are aligned with campaign goals and brand standards.

• Brand Stewardship: Uphold and apply brand guidelines consistently across all marketing initiatives.

• Experience with Salesforce or Hub Spot

• B2B or channel marketing experience

• Agency experience

WORK ENVIROMENT

Shift? M-F, 8am-5pm

WFH? Fully remote,

  • If in Vancouver, will need to come into Vancouver office as needed for team meetings.

  • May require international travel (1-2 per year)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
