In this role as the Marketing Manager for our Hematology / Oncology Business Unit, you will develop and implement strategic business and marketing plans for the Oncology product portfolio, collaborating with cross-functional partners and the Business Unit Director.
You should be comfortable attending the office 3 days a week, thrive in a rapidly changing environment, possess strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and have problem-solving, analytical skills, and a patient-centric mindset.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the cross-functional therapeutic area team to support the implementation of the Canadian brand strategy for all Oncology portfolio products in collaboration with the Business Unit Director.
- Support the development and execution of tactical plans and marketing campaigns, including product launches and lifecycle management.
- Stay informed on digital marketing trends and oversee digital campaigns such as online advertising and email marketing.
- Establish and pursue short- and long-term business goals aligned with partner manufacturers’ visions.
- Gather and analyze insights from stakeholders through advisory boards, consultancy meetings, and market research.
- Engage with oncology healthcare professionals to understand academic and community challenges and develop advocates.
- Support the sales team with training on brand strategy, messaging, and materials.
- Manage agency partners to ensure budget adherence and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Medison’s medical and regulatory review committees to ensure compliance with SOPs and approval processes.
- Report adverse events promptly through the designated PV service provider.
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel nationally and internationally up to 25%, including attending meetings and conferences.
- Occasionally work evenings and weekends as required.
- Perform administrative duties, including expense and marketing reports.
- Operate within regulatory and legal guidelines.

Requirements :
Education, Credentials & Work Experience
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Science, Healthcare, or Business
- At least 4 years of experience in biopharmaceutical marketing
- At least 2 years of experience in biopharmaceutical sales focusing on specialty products and institutional sales
- Oncology experience is highly preferred

- Understanding of local managed markets and hospital environments
- Proficiency in MS Office and Veeva; French language skills are an asset
