Job description
Overview

We are launching a new thinktank backed by leading healthcare organizations and industry experts. Our mission is to equip providers and organizations with the tools, insights, and partnerships needed to accelerate the shift toward high-value, patient-centered care. We are seeking a versatile Marketing Manager to lead our go-to-market campaigns.

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. This role requires someone who can manage vendors and partnerships while also being willing and able to do the work themselves—whether it’s setting up CRM workflows, drafting email sequences, or coordinating a speaking tour.

You will be the marketing “hub” for our launch, overseeing campaigns across email, PR, partnerships, conferences, and influencer programs, while directly executing on key projects.

Key Responsibilities
CRM & Campaign Management
  • Own our CRM : manage database segmentation, workflows, and lead qualification.
  • Build and execute automated email campaigns (launch sequences, nurture flows, newsletters).
  • Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns in real time.
Vendor & Content Management
  • Coordinate with contract copywriters, designers, video producers, and PR professionals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials and channels.
  • Step in to create or edit copy / content when needed (emails, landing pages, blog posts).
Partnerships & PR
  • Develop relationships with associations, conferences, and referral partners.
  • Support PR campaigns : distribute press releases, coordinate with journalists, manage media coverage.
  • Help manage speaking engagements, podcasts, and influencer collaborations.
Launch Execution
  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of launch campaigns (emails, conferences, media events).
  • Track performance metrics and report results to leadership.
  • Contribute to ongoing growth strategies (SEO, content calendar, paid campaigns when activated).
What We’re Looking For
  • 4–7 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, healthcare, or membership-based businesses.
  • Comfortable managing both strategy and execution—can coordinate vendors but also jump in to execute directly.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
  • Strong copy editing and content development skills.
  • Experience working with external vendors (copywriters, PR, design, video).
  • Highly organized project manager with attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Bonus Points For
  • Experience in healthcare or with professional associations.
  • Familiarity with Memberstack or subscription / membership platforms.
  • Exposure to event marketing (conferences, webinars, speaking tours).
Why Join Us?
  • Opportunity to lead the launch of a major new healthcare initiative.
