Enviroway Detergent Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a visionary and results-driven Marketing Manager tolead the marketing team. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, building an e-commerce presence, and driving revenue through strategic campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in product launches, digital marketing, and brand development.

Key Objectives :

  • Develop and implement a scalable marketing strategy and execution blueprint
  • Build and launch a robust e-commerce platform to drive online sales
  • Consistently design and execute creative marketing campaigns to grow brand visibility and market share

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Lead the creation and implementation of an innovative marketing strategy to positionas a market leader in sustainable cleaning products in Canada and globally.
  • Oversee the development and launch of an e-commerce platform, including UX / UI planning, product listing, digital payment integration, and online marketing funnel optimization.
  • Manage brand development, digital marketing, public relations, SEO / SEM, content marketing, and influencer collaborations.
  • Identify and act on new opportunities for distribution, partnerships, and sales channels, including retail and direct-to-consumer.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and consumer insights to continuously refine positioning and campaigns.
  • Design and roll out short- and long-term promotional programs that align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Product Development, and Operations to ensure cohesive execution and message alignment.
  • Monitor campaign performance and e-commerce metrics; provide regular reporting and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Achieve and exceed annual revenue and market share targets as defined by company ownership.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in a senior marketing role, with proven success in product launches and digital marketing
  • Proficient in e-commerce platforms Shopify, digital ad platforms, and CRM tools
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
