The Role

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, measuring, and optimizing marketing strategies and tactics to support Cooke’s overall brand and revenue growth in North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to enterprise-wide marketing strategies, working collaboratively within the marketing team and cross-functionally.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of annual commercial planning.
  • Deploy marketing strategies and tactics that drive results, including POS materials, presentations, advertising, and more.
  • Lead go-to-market plans for all new product launches, including project design, development, and delivery.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to accomplish large-scale commercial projects, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and goals.
  • Stay informed of market trends through research and analysis, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Manage, track, and optimize annual budgets, forecasting, and report on performance measures.

A Successful Candidate Will Have :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (preferred).
  • 4-5 years of marketing experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in the food industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading teams.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in complex environments.
  • Strategic leadership with a focus on deliverables and outcomes.
  • Experience managing large projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
  • Experience in product commercialization is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings and tradeshows.
