To support its ongoing development, CONGLOM Inc. is recruiting a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of our company's global marketing strategy, in collaboration with Sales Directors and Senior Management, to maximize our market share. Your expertise will contribute to increasing brand awareness and profitability.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Complete website redesign using external contractors and in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Work with product managers on new product development.
  • Set up the system and supervise the creation and maintenance of internal sales tools.
  • Work with the HR team to develop the employer brand.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Increase brand awareness by developing different branding strategies.
  • Analyze marketing data and campaign results to assess effectiveness.
  • Coordinate marketing strategies with the sales department.
  • Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
  • Promote our brands at trade shows.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including online advertising, social media, and SEO.
  • Create and manage compelling marketing content for various channels, mostly sales tools and subsequently website, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Follow the latest trends in marketing and digital marketing and suggest improvements.

PROFILE REQUIRED :

  • Bilingualism (FR / ENG) essential for the position in order to interact with different departments across Canada and internationally.
  • Two years' prior experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, online advertising, and e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

ASSETS :

  • Experience in the food and/or packaging environment.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling visual content.
  • Website management skills, including the use of WordPress or similar CMS.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent research skills to identify market trends and understand consumer behavior.
  • Experience in advertising and promoting products or services.
