Since its beginning in Mississauga, Ontario, in 2005, Rosenberg Fans Canada Ltd. has been the sales office and the warehouse of the Rosenberg Group in Canada. The company offers intelligent solutions to move air efficiently. As an industry-leading manufacturer and a well-known supplier of high-quality industrial fans and blowers in the Canadian market, the company provides sales, stock, local assembly, engineering and after sales solutions to clients all over the Canadian lands.

Location: Head Office – Mississauga.

Compensation and Benefits: Rosenberg Fans Canada Ltd. offers competitive compensation package, including an annual gross salary starting of $70,000 (depends on qualification), performance-based bonuses, competitive matched retirement saving program, up to 20 days of vacation per year plus all Canadian and Ontario statuary holidays, generous Christmas and New Year break, comprehensive health benefits, paid travel and meal expenses when required, and opportunities for professional growth with an industry leader in manufacturing within innovative and excellent work environment.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and managing all the company’s marketing and communication activities to achieve sales and market share growth. This includes developing strategic campaigns, leading digital and offline initiatives, and aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Marketing & Business Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business growth objectives, sales targets, and product positioning within the manufacturing, industrial, and HVAC sectors.
  • Lead the creation of market-entry and expansion strategies in domestic and international markets, with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and channel optimization.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor intelligence, and customer insights to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and inform product development, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Executive teams to ensure marketing initiatives are fully aligned with technical capabilities, production timelines, and revenue goals.
Integrated Marketing Execution:
  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and measurable impact.
  • Drive the creation of high-value content and collateral tailored to technical audiences (e.g., engineers, procurement managers, OEMs) to support the sales funnel and product education.
  • Lead internal and external creative teams in the production of marketing assets, including product catalogues, technical datasheets, videos, case studies, and multimedia presentations.
  • Manage corporate branding, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints, marketing channels, and physical/digital assets.
Digital Marketing & Analytics:
  • Own and evolve the company’s digital presence, including website UX/UI, content strategy, SEO/SEM, and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Utilize data-driven marketing practices to track KPIs, optimize digital campaigns, and continuously improve marketing performance across channels.
  • Oversee the development and automation of email marketing workflows, customer engagement campaigns, and CRM segmentation strategies.
  • Implement and manage web analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting systems to measure the effectiveness and ROI of all marketing efforts.
  • Leverage AI tools and analytics platforms to optimize campaign performance, personalize customer journeys, and enhance targeting.
  • Utilize AI-driven insights for content strategy, customer segmentation, and predictive marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics using AI-powered dashboards to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative marketing applications to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and automation into marketing workflows and CRM systems.
Trade Shows, Events & Industry Engagement:
  • Lead the end-to-end planning, budgeting, and execution of industry trade shows, customer events, technical seminars, and product launches across Canada and internationally.
  • Ensure events are strategically aligned with product and market priorities, and serve as high-impact lead generation, relationship-building, and brand visibility platforms.
  • Oversee all logistical aspects, including vendor coordination, booth design, shipping, installation/dismantling, and on-site support.
  • Act as a key brand ambassador at events, representing the company’s values, capabilities, and technical expertise with professionalism.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, industry associations, and media partners to maximize exposure and thought leadership opportunities.
Budgeting, Reporting & Team Leadership:
  • Develop, monitor, and control the annual marketing and events budget, ensuring all activities deliver strong ROI and remain within financial guidelines.
  • Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, creative partners, and consultants; coordinate internal resources and cross-functional teams to drive campaign execution.
  • Contribute to the professional development of team members and foster a performance-driven culture of accountability, creativity, and results.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, sales, and communications.
  • Experience in manufacturing, electrical, technical, industrial, or HVAC industries (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
