We are growing rapidly and are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to help elevate our brand, increase visibility, and drive engagement across all lines of business.

Position Summary:

The Marketing Manager will lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives for our real estate developments, property management division, and hotel operations. This role requires a confident, detail-oriented professional who can develop cohesive brand messaging, lead digital campaigns, manage vendor relationships, and deliver measurable results across a multi-faceted organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Marketing Team, including brand, insights, and projects for the total organization.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for residential and commercial developments, property management services, and hotel offerings.
  • Oversee the annual marketing planning process and deliver on marketing must wins, department plans and special projects.
  • Refine the customer experience and evolve the customer journey.
  • Lead the creation of compelling content across digital platforms (website, social media, email campaigns, blogs).
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns for property launches, leasing initiatives, and and seasonal hotel promotions.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and properties.
  • Manage digital advertising, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing with the goal of lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Oversee the design and production of marketing materials (brochures, signage, promotional items).
  • Collaborate with sales, leasing, and hospitality teams to align marketing initiatives with operational goals.
  • Track marketing performance and analytics, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.
  • Manage relationships with marketing vendors, designers, and media contacts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with exposure to both real estate and hospitality preferred.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise, including Google Ads, social media management, and email automation tools.
