Location: Remote in NOLS eligible locations.
Assist in Data Analysis: Support the team by gathering and organizing data from Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and HubSpot, contributing to reports on website traffic and campaign performance.
Support Market Research Efforts: Assist and develop comfort in conducting market research by gathering data, compiling reports, and contributing to the analysis of trends and target audience insights.
Contribute to Storytelling Content: Support the creation of compelling content for various channels, including blog posts, email campaigns, and social media, under the guidance of senior team members.
Assist in Website Content Updates: Support the team in updating and maintaining website content, ensuring accuracy and consistency with brand messaging.
Support Campaign Execution: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including coordinating logistics, tracking results, and providing support to the team.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with other departments within NOLS to support marketing initiatives and ensure alignment on projects.
Assist in Travel and Event Coordination: Support the team in coordinating travel and event logistics, representing NOLS at industry events and conferences as needed.
Prepare and Organize Reports: Assist in the preparation and organization of marketing reports, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
Immerse and Learn: Participate in a NOLS course to gain firsthand experience and a deep understanding of our mission and programs. Become proficient in NOLS marketing tools and systems, such as HubSpot and Looker Studio, to effectively support the team's daily operations.
Contribute and Support: Quickly integrate into the marketing team, providing support for ongoing campaigns and initiatives. Begin to develop an understanding of key metrics and contribute to data-driven insights.
Innovate and Grow: Begin to contribute innovative ideas for semester enrollment growth, focusing on learning and collaboration with senior team members. Start building relationships with internal stakeholders to understand cross-functional needs.
