As the Marketing Manager for TISSOT Canada, you will report directly to the Brand Manager and play a pivotal role in driving the brand's marketing strategy and execution across the Canadian market. You will be responsible for leading integrated marketing initiatives, managing the e-commerce business, and ensuring alignment with global brand standards. Responsibilities include:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement annual marketing objectives and a master marketing plan aligned with brand goals.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to execute marketing, advertising, and sales programs.
- Analyze and report on marketing program effectiveness, including sales impact and ROI.
- Manage POS materials, in-store displays, and digital merchandising in collaboration with HQ and local teams.
- Oversee brand events and activations, including project timelines, vendor coordination, and execution.
E-Commerce & Digital Marketing
- Manage the Canadian e-commerce platform, driving traffic and conversion through strategic initiatives.
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate with digital teams to optimize online merchandising and promotional strategies.
Budget & Vendor Management
- Develop and maintain the annual marketing budget, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of expenses.
- Oversee co-op marketing plans and ensure proper execution and documentation.
- Negotiate media and marketing programs with external vendors and agencies.
Team & Communication
- Act as the primary liaison with PR and event agencies, ensuring brand consistency and timely updates.
- Provide marketing support to sales teams and retail partners, including training and promotional materials.
- Guide and mentor dotted-line reports and support team development.
Working Conditions:
This role is primarily office-based with occasional travel (up to 25%) for events, retail visits, and meetings. Moderate physical effort may be required during event setups. Flexibility in working hours, including early mornings or late evenings, may be necessary during peak periods.
Employment Status:
Full-Time: 40 hours per week on average. Must maintain open availability to meet business needs, including occasional travel and extended hours during key campaigns or events.
