REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 7 years experience in a marketing, communications or project management role.
- Insurance or financial services experience preferred.
- B2B (or broker) marketing experience an asset.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Lead will play a pivotal role in developing and executing various marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Campaign Strategy & Implementation: Develop strategies and directly implement plans, from ideation to reporting.
- Diverse Campaigns: Lead both B2B and B2C campaigns, ensuring strategic goals are met across audiences, with a primary focus on B2B via our broker channel.
- Campaign Performance: Optimize campaigns through a test-and-learn approach to inform ongoing improvements.
- Drive Innovation: Use creativity to develop innovative marketing solutions that enhance top-line growth and audience engagement.
- Collaborative Environment: Work with a team of skilled professionals passionate about meaningful results.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Execution: Create detailed project plans to manage timelines and execution across channels.
- Strategy Development: Build and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Planning and Goal Setting: Define KPIs for campaigns and initiatives, measure success, and report insights to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for alignment.
- Liaising with Business Units: Collaborate to define, develop, and implement tactics and deliverables.
- Digital Team Collaboration: Work with digital teams to ensure platforms meet campaign objectives.
- Translation and Legal Coordination: Ensure compliance with legal standards and coordinate with translation teams for language accuracy.
Key Marketing Channels & Deliverables:
- Digital/Social: Collaborate with the Digital Performance team to develop strategies for brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
- Marketing Collateral: Manage assets like brochures, newsletters, product guides, and digital materials to support marketing and sales.
