Role Overview :
- Define and evolve our marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, demand, and reputation.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to translate company objectives into focused marketing priorities, aligning campaigns with strategic inflection points, go-to-market initiatives, and new product momentum.
- Own our marketing roadmap, budget, and KPIs with a bias for outcomes over activity.
- Execution & Campaigns
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution — from concept to design, copy, launch, and iteration.
- Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across web, email, social, paid, and events.
- Ensure consistent storytelling and brand presence across all platforms.
- Content & Design
- Oversee the creation of high-impact visuals, assets, and messaging that resonate with business leaders.
- Write and edit smart, succinct copy that reflects a premium, insight-led voice.
- Use AI tools to accelerate asset production and enrich creative processes.
- AI-Driven Marketing Ops
- Deploy AI and automation tools across the marketing stack (e.g., ChatGPT, Descript, Midjourney, Webflow, Synthesia, etc.).
- Build light-weight systems for CRM, email marketing, analytics, and campaign ops.
- Continuously test and integrate emerging tools to enhance output and efficiency.
Who You Are :
- 3-5 years in B2B marketing, brand strategy, or creative leadership, ideally in SaaS, consulting, or innovation firms.
- A portfolio that shows both visual polish and measurable impact.
- Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and platforms.
- Fluent in design tools (Figma, Adobe CC) and AI-enhanced marketing workflows.
- A self-starter mindset — highly autonomous, resourceful, and accountable.
- Bonus :
- Basic design / video skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express)
- Familiarity / Interest in no-code platforms (e.g., Webflow, Notion, Framer, Tally).
- Experience managing freelancers or building lightweight in-house teams.
- Passion for the future of tech, startups, fintech, and AI-native culture.
Working Conditions :
- Hybrid role based in Toronto, which requires domestic and international travel for client and company events.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada and able to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.

Compensation :
- Base salary starting at $85,000, plus performance-based incentives.
