About the Role

We’re seeking a sharp, resourceful Marketing Insights & Operations Specialist to help us turn information into impact. You’ll lead research initiatives, streamline marketing operations, and serve as a key partner to the Director of Marketing & Strategy.

From uncovering player behavior trends to keeping cross-functional teams aligned, you’ll play a central role in driving smarter, more strategic marketing decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and execute quantitative and qualitative research to uncover audience insights, market trends, and player behavior
  • Manage relationships with third-party research vendors and partners
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing & Strategy to inform go-to-market planning, product positioning, and brand development
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to the creative, product, and UA teams
  • Maintain marketing dashboards, internal reports, and team documentation
  • Support campaign planning and execution by coordinating briefs, calendars, and workflows
  • Identify and implement improvements to tools, processes, and team coordination
  • Track marketing KPIs across multiple channels and help drive iteration

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing research, operations, or strategy
  • Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics and research methodologies
  • Experience conducting and analyzing both quant (surveys, data) and qual (interviews, panels) research
  • Skilled in managing external research vendors and timelines
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proactive, curious, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Looker, Tableau, HubSpot, or similar
