Next Page Publishing Inc.is looking for aMarketing & Innovation Systems Leadto take ownership of our internal marketing systems, launch strategies, and AI-driven marketing education. This role reports directly to the CEO and COO—and is a core leadership position designed to grow with the company.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and execute the company-wide marketing strategy across multiple channels
• Lead the AI-driven marketing innovation for our internal education platform
• Manage the launch and promotion ofAuthor Your Way(our flagship author success system)
• Oversee the creation of our Author Marketing App as a forward-facing brand tool
• Implement systems that move us from low-ticket visibility to high-ticket authority
• Drive measurable engagement, lead generation, and scalable marketing success

What You Bring:

• Expertise in video scripting, creation, and YouTube/media content
• Deep knowledge of lead generation tools, digital ads, and analytics (Google Ads, GTM, etc.)
• Strong background in PR, speaker/event marketing, and brand positioning
• Experience with book publishing, online course launches, or client marketing funnels is a plus
• Strategic mindset + ability to execute with precision in a small, fast-moving team
